The Alumni Collaboration Team (ACT) exists to create a vibrant, structured platform for ECEN alumni to meaningfully engage with students, faculty, and each other. ACT harnesses the collective expertise, experience, and enthusiasm of over 8,200 former students to enrich the academic, professional, and personal journeys of the ECEN community.

Who Can Join | Membership Pathways

Eligibility: All ECEN alumni from Texas A&M University, regardless of graduation year, location, or career
stage.

How to Join:

  • Complete a brief ACT Interest Form.
  • Select preferred engagement pathways (e.g., mentoring, speaking, curriculum input).
  • Receive a welcome kit and onboarding resources.

How We Engage | Activation Plan

To ensure ACT overcomes past challenges, it is essential to provide alumni with clear, specific, and
actionable opportunities for involvement. Engagement must be intentional and well-communicated,
so alumni know exactly how they can contribute and the impact they can make. This clarity builds
trust and encourages meaningful participation.
  • Specific asks tailored to alumni, faculty, and student interests and availability – data driven.
  • Storytelling campaigns highlighting impact and personal journeys.
  • Digital platforms for seamless connection and collaboration.

  • ACT Advisory Council: Alumni, faculty, students, and EADC members guiding strategy and programming.
