The Texas A&M University Professional Association for Industrial Distribution (PAID) has established the Kaye L. Matejka PAID Scholarship to provide one or more scholarships to full-time students in good standing pursuing an undergraduate degree in industrial distribution at Texas A&M University.

Initially formed as a coordinated effort between industrial distribution students and faculty, PAID provides a forum for students, faculty, former students and companies who manufacture and distribute goods and services.

PAID chose to name the scholarship after Kaye L. Matejka for her long-time service as an administrator in the Department of Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution.
