To meet with an advisor, please schedule an appointment through Navigate by downloading the app or visiting the Howdy portal, or visit during drop-in hours.
Prospective student visits are also available only by appointment.
Advising Hours
The advising offices are closed when the university is closed.
- Monday: 8:30-11 a.m.
- Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30-11 a.m., 1:30-4 p.m.
Drop-in Hours

- Monday: 1:30-4 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30-11 a.m.
Things to Know
Appointments fill up fast, so book accordingly. If you are over 10 minutes late and haven't notified your advisor, you will be marked as a ‘no show.’
For General Engineering Students:
- If you haven't done Entry-to-a-Major (ETAM), you will NOT be able to enroll in any ETID courses until you are placed in one of our majors.
- If you are awaiting an ETAM decision, you must wait until you get your results.
