An all-engineering student choir? Music to your ears!

Ingeniare is the university’s first professional SATB (Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass) chorus made up ONLY of engineering students! Our mission is to inspire others through our love of music. As a choir, we strive to provide a respectful environment for our students, as well as expand their idea of not just what it means to be an engineer, but what it means to be human.

We welcome all skill levels, including those who have never sung in a choir before to those who have competed at the state level. The choir meets once a week for a two-hour rehearsal, and members come to each rehearsal having learned the music assigned the previous week. Auditions take place at the start of the spring and fall semesters and will be announced through the Zach Need-To-Know Updates email.

We’re only a year old and our performances already include: the finale at the Texas Science and Engineering Fair, the kickoff event for E-Week, caroling in downtown Bryan and singing for the Dean's Outstanding Alumni Banquet at the A&M Hotel and Conference Center.

If you have a passion for music and are looking for a home-away-from-home, we'd love for you to audition! Membership is absolutely free, thanks to sponsorship by the ENGR[x] program.
