The Office of Admissions handles various aspects of your application, including collecting official documents such as transcripts, test scores and application fees. However, the final decision for admission into the Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering Graduate Program is made by the department itself.

Applicants submitting after the December 15 First Round Funding deadline will still have the opportunity to be considered for graduate assistantships and funding options, pending available funds and positions.

First Round Funding Deadlines
Fall Semester: Dec. 15
Spring Semester: June 1
NOTE: Please note that these deadlines apply only to the initial round of funding. If you miss these dates, there will be more chances to apply for funding later on. We encourage students to submit their applications by December 15 and June 1 so they can be considered for all the available funding options. Keep in mind that some awards may already be allocated and unavailable if you apply after these deadlines.
