Embry Canterbury '94 Student Success Center in Petroleum Engineering Endowment
The Embry Canterbury '94 Student Success Center (CSSC) in Petroleum Engineering will stand not only as a hub for innovation and collaboration, but as a lasting tribute to the life and legacy of a former student whose passion for the discipline and his love of all people continues to inspire us. Created and named in Embry's memory by a generous gift of $250,000 from The Blevins Family Foundation, the CSSC will reflect the values that Embry embodied; hard work, intellectual curiosity, leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing education, technology, and self-less service to the oil and gas industry.
The Embry Canterbury '94 Student Success Center will be a place where students gather to prepare for their careers in drilling, completions, production and reservoir engineering, oil and gas entrepreneurship and finance, carbon management and mineral extraction, as well as emerging energy technologies; all while paying forward a legacy of integrity, character, and personal excellence in all matters great and small. This is a place where Embry will live on in spirit and service. .
