A peer mentor is an upper-level engineering student who lives in The Engineering Village @ The Commons (Aston and Mosher) and is available as a resource to help new engineering students through their first year of college. Peer mentors can help support you through the struggles of being away from home for the first time and direct you to campus resources as needed. They foster a sense of community within the residence hall by planning and encouraging participation in campus and in-hall activities.
Peer Mentor student hours are posted in the Mosher Hall Announcement GroupMe and in the Aston Hall community site on Slack*. Student hours are dedicated times during the week when peer mentors are available to answer questions and meet with members in the community.
