Texas A&M University enrolls more than 4,700 international students per year from approximately 126 countries, such as China, India, South Korea and Iran. With such a large population — comprising about 10 percent of the total number of students enrolled — Texas A&M ranks third among all Texas institutions that host international students. Approximately 85 percent of the international student body is pursuing a graduate degree in a variety of fields ranging from business to engineering.
