Computer Science on the Galveston Campus
As our world continues to advance technologically, the call for computer scientists will continue to grow. To meet that need our computer science degree is now offered at Texas A&M University at Galveston. Texas A&M Galveston offers two pathways for admission to the College of Engineering: Direct Admission for students who wish to complete their Bachelor of Science in computer engineering degree at Texas A&M Galveston. Admission to General Engineering, which allows students to start their studies in Galveston with the option to either complete their degree in Galveston or transition later to the main campus through the Entry-to-a-Major process. The course content and advising resources are similar across both campuses. Being at the Galveston campus, students pursuing a computer science degree will be able to take full advantage of the facilities the Galveston campus offers.
