a dimly lit room featuring a large, long central desk-like control panel with numerous knobs, dials and switches on it, a larger and longer one in front of it, and numerous control levers and gauges on the multi-panelled wall beyond.

The nuclear engineering minor program will provide students with a complementary understanding of nuclear engineering principles that will introduce them to concepts of nuclear reactor theory, isotope detection, reactor analysis, and a approach to nuclear engineering experiments. The minor is ideal for those wanting to further expand their knowledge in a complex discipline, or for those that seek a basic understanding of nuclear engineering principles for work within industry.
