Class cancelled/Operations suspended

UPDATE: Classes and campus operations will resume on Wednesday, Jan. 22. Due to inclement weather affecting the Bryan-College Station area, Texas A&M University has cancelled all classes for Tuesday, Jan. 21. Additionally, all campus operations have been suspended. A decision about Wednesday, Jan. 22 will be made by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21. The centers and institutes, both those managed by the department and those that work in conjunction with our researchers, boast a wide variety of scientific applications and progressive research that impacts a variety of fields. Some of these areas include computational modeling and scientific simulations, nuclear physics and chemistry, national security initiatives, foodborne illness prevention, the nuclear industry and workforce development, nuclear security and safety research and nuclear reactor research.
