Join the annual Biomedical Engineering Career Fair to recruit students for internships, co-ops and full-time positions within industry or graduate and professional school programs.
With one of the nation’s largest biomedical engineering student populations, Texas A&M is the perfect place to engage candidates eager to connect with your organization.
The career fair is typically held in October, with recruiter registration opening in July. Recruit from our pool of nearly 700 students for your internship, co-op and full-time hiring needs.
Over the two semesters of a capstone project, a team of seniors works with a sponsor to design and fabricate a medical device or system while adhering to design control criteria and FDA requirements.
The project can result in new designs, process designs or improvements to existing designs. Former sponsors include medical device companies, medical research centers, clinicians, and global organizations.
Sponsors receive all documentation and prototypes developed by the students and any resulting intellectual property. When talented students apply their creativity and knowledge to real-world health issues, innovative solutions take form.
The SEE program provides our students insight into the practical applications of biomedical engineering in industry to enrich learning and explore career paths. Events are open to all undergraduate and graduate biomedical students.
Interested individuals or organizations can host an online, hybrid or in-person event for any topic:
Any in-person opportunities can include a facilities tour or product demonstration, which are extremely valuable experiences for our students!
