Master of Industrial Distribution Results

Companies that send employees through specialized programs to professionally develop their leaders appreciate earning a better return on their investment than sending them to an MBA program because the project-based components, such as capstone projects, immediately add value to the company. The capstone projects completed by MID graduates are often implemented within their sponsor companies immediately and provide real-time ROI for the company.

Companies will also sponsor students through tuition support. Those companies have reported higher employee retention rates of their students post-MID graduation across various function areas of industry.
